An hour guest mix of fresh drum and bass for Threads radio. Mixed by Asha FM and Laylow resident, Stateless.

Setting a blissful tone for ASHA’s return to London, Oxford based Talayi brought a variety of wavy acid house soundscapes to the ASHA Soundsystem in The Snake Pit. Undercut with breakbeats, classic acid timbres and psychedelic flourishes, this hour of expert explorations is a guaranteed good time.

On 9th December, a last minute flight from Berlin to Heathrow landed the unmatched DJ Titka (@djtitka), who subsequently shelled down AAJA Radio in Deptford for ASHA FM. Member of the proudly Ukrainian collective Vechornytsi in Germany, Titka brings a blend of UK and European influences to make a uniquely blasting set.

In early December, an hour of dark and grimy Drum and Bass struck Deptford. Crafted by @statesdnb, delivered by the heavyweight Asha Soundsystem. Catch his mixes weekly on legendary London station @laylowfm_london

Chedda Bred (@cheddabred) graced ASHA's decks on 9th December 2023 with a raucous mix that had the crowd bumping heavy - here's the set in its full glory for your listening pleasure!

"This mix isn’t even a mix. It’s just a selection of tracks that more or less encompasses what I’m interested in at the moment - a pretty wide spectrum of IDM that touches on glitch, dub, soul and UK club. I’ve recently come to appreciate the format of certain mixtapes by producers which have either an extremely casual or simply non-existent approach to mixing. It’s nice to hear tracks played in full and with juxtapositions that would otherwise be impossible in a mix. The label Youth was a major reference point, as well as producers Gricha Lichtenberger and Sasu Ripatti. Hope you’re into it. x"  -Test Explosion
