TEST EXPLOSION
"This mix isn’t even a mix. It’s just a selection of tracks that more or less encompasses what I’m interested in at the moment - a pretty wide spectrum of IDM that touches on glitch, dub, soul and UK club. I’ve recently come to appreciate the format of certain mixtapes by producers which have either an extremely casual or simply non-existent approach to mixing. It’s nice to hear tracks played in full and with juxtapositions that would otherwise be impossible in a mix. The label Youth was a major reference point, as well as producers Gricha Lichtenberger and Sasu Ripatti. Hope you’re into it. x" -Test Explosion
